I haven't been here for a while on account of being very busy producing and publishing Tarot decks. I now have eight to date: SINGING SERPENT TAROT; DECADENT DREAM TAROT; The KHAOAMUSICA Tarot (featuring four pieces by NC Dolly Band on the music CD); TAROT of SIDNEY SIME; TAROT of KAY NIELSEN; TAROT of HARRY CLARKE, TAROT o AUBREY BEARDSLEY and soon to be released, OGHAM MOON ORACLE. So ... I instigated a project bringing visual artists and musicians together to create a unique Tarot deck, music CD and book package. It is called The KHAOAMUSICA Tarot and is still a project in process, but does have a website where its progress may be followed (link above). A strange experience as I do not know the other participants personally, for we have come together on the web, and I have only a vague idea of what the remaining visual and musical submissions might be like. Sometimes a project gets abandoned, not always because the steam or enthusiasm for it wanes, but due to outside circumstances beyond control. Three -four years ago I started to create a Tarot deck and it had to be shelved for a while, despite only fourteen designs short of the full 78. This wasn't my first attempt at the Tarot. Indeed, I have begun a few times over the years, never getting beyond seven completed cards.
